Temu Failed to Process My Refund After Canceling Order for Coupon Promotion
I bought something using the Temu app because I was drawn in by the chance to earn coupons. I got two items but changed my mind and cancelled the order right away when I saw the coupons weren't what I thought they'd be. That was roughly six weeks ago. Temu said they handled my refund, but I still haven't seen any money or heard anything about the transaction. I reached out to my bank to see if there were any pending refunds, but they told me there weren't any transactions like that. This situation has been a hassle for me, and I feel disappointed by the unclear communication and lack of follow-up. I hope Temu can sort this out fast and make sure my refund goes through properly.
