I Face Temu Refund Not Received 3 Months After Canceling Order

On June 22, 2025, I placed a Temu order (PO-203-00292468350073745) for microfiber cloths, a Kia Sportage gear-shift knob cover, a hair clipper, and four 5 ml perfume bottles. I immediately canceled the purchase after realizing some items were wrong. The total charge was ₺1,423.18, paid by credit card.
What followed has been three months of contradictions. Temu repeatedly tells me “your refund was issued” and will appear in 5–14 days, both in writing and over the phone. Yet my bank confirms no refund has ever been posted, and I have no official refund receipt or acquirer reference number to prove a credit was sent. Each time I contact Temu, I get the same scripted response—“we sent it, it will arrive soon”—but nothing reaches my card.
This is my first refund request with Temu, and I now see many similar complaints online, which is concerning. A canceled order should not turn into a months-long chase with no ARN, no trace, and no funds returned.
I request immediate action: credit ₺1,423.18 back to my card and provide written confirmation with the refund’s transaction/ARN details so my bank can locate the credit. Please resolve this without further delay and ensure customers receive verifiable refunds when orders are canceled.
