On June 8, 2025, I canceled two separate orders I had placed through the Temu shopping app right after placing them. Temu immediately confirmed that the refunds were successfully processed and would be credited to my Akbank credit card. However, it's been days, and not a single ₺ has shown up on my card.
The Temu app clearly displays both “Refund Completed” and a message saying that the amount will reflect on my card no later than June 28, 2025. But Akbank hasn’t posted any transaction related to these refunds. I’ve checked my card activity over and over—nothing.
I also contacted Temu customer service, hoping they would follow up with Akbank or at least give me a real update. Instead, I got vague, unhelpful responses. No one has confirmed whether the refund process is actually being tracked or not.
This is unacceptable. I trusted Temu to process my refund responsibly, but now it feels like my money just disappeared into a void. I demand that Temu step in, escalate the issue with Akbank if needed, and ensure I receive my full refund immediately.
