I Canceled My Temu Order on July 20 but Haven’t Received a Refund
On July 20, 2025, I placed an order and immediately canceled it right after. Despite the prompt cancellation, I have yet to receive a refund to my account. It’s been several days, and there’s still no sign of my money being returned.
What’s worse, the refund request screen has now been removed entirely, so I can’t even track the status or make another attempt to resolve the issue myself. This is unacceptable.
I expect a company to process refunds quickly when a customer cancels right away. This feels like I’m being ignored or worse, scammed out of my money. I’m requesting urgent action to process my refund without further delay. Please resolve this immediately.
