Can't Purchase From Temu Because Of Old Credit Cards

I have been unable to pay on Temu or place new orders because my account still shows several old debit and credit cards that were cancelled due to fraud. I use Temu on an Android device. On May 2, 2026, when I tried to pay my bill and place an order, I saw that all of my cards listed in the Temu payment section are cancelled and cannot be used, and there is no option available for me to add a new card. Because of fraudulent transactions at other places, I reported the issue to my bank and they closed my debit cards and my Mastercard. My bank confirmed that all of these cards are cancelled and told me that Temu needs to clear and delete the old cards that are still saved in my Temu account so that I can add a new card and make purchases again. I had previously been able to pay successfully on Temu with these cards before they were cancelled. I contacted Temu customer service about this problem, and they told me to call my bank. I did so, and the bank again confirmed that Temu must remove those old cards from my account. When I reached out to Temu again, all I received was a verification code, without any clear information about whether my saved cards will be deleted or when I will be able to add a new one. I even deleted my existing orders and tried to place a new order, but the system still did not allow me to add a new card and I still cannot complete any purchases. I request that Temu immediately delete all of the cancelled cards saved in my account, restore the option to add a new card, and ensure that I can securely pay for my current and future purchases. Otherwise, I will not be able to buy anything further from Temu despite wanting to continue using the platform.
