Temu Still Has Not Refunded My Money After I Canceled My Order
I made a purchase from Temu on March 16, 2025. A few minutes later, I canceled the order. Normally, the refund would have been processed to my account the same day, but it was not. I contacted the bank, and they told me to wait until the given time period expired. I waited, but even after the deadline passed, my refund was not issued. I contacted Temu, and they said that due to a malfunction in the payment channel on March 16, they re-initiated the payment on March 27. They told me it would be credited to my account within 7–30 days. Today is March 28, and my refund still has not been processed. When I contact Temu, they keep giving memorized, automatic responses. I am starting to believe they will not refund my money.
