Temu Does Not Allow Me to Make Purchases Despite Trying Multiple Cards and Devices

I am unable to shop from Temu at all. I have tried using every type of card, but I keep receiving a warning that the payment could not be processed. I even ensured that all the cards I used were active and had sufficient balance, yet the issue persists. Even after opening Temu on the phones of all my family members and trying different cards, I still couldn’t make a purchase. I also checked for app updates and reinstalled it, thinking it might be a technical issue, but nothing changed. I have no idea how this issue can be resolved, as no solution has been found so far. I felt the need to write here about my experience. I want this problem to be resolved as soon as possible because I cannot make payments through either phone or card.
