Tefal X10 Clean Performs Poorly and Fails to Clean Floors Properly

I purchased a Tefal X10 Clean vacuum cleaner from the MediaMarkt 212 AVM Istanbul store on December 21, 2025. Since the day I bought it, I have been completely dissatisfied with the product. Considering its price, the vacuum has been a major disappointment in terms of both performance and overall user experience.

Every time I use the vacuum, I encounter similar problems. Even though I clean my home regularly, the cleaning process is constantly interrupted and I am unable to finish the entire house in a single session. The device does not properly suction back the water it dispenses, leaving surfaces wet after cleaning. As a result, the floors often look dirty, as if muddy water has been spread across them. In some cases, both water and debris remain on the floor, and even after going over the same area multiple times, the vacuum still struggles to pick up basic dust and dirt.

The dirty water tank fills up extremely quickly, and the brush and container frequently become clogged. I constantly have to stop and clean the machine, yet the overall cleaning results remain unsatisfactory. Instead of saving time, the vacuum requires continuous maintenance and attention while delivering poor performance. Since the day I purchased it, I have never been able to achieve the level of cleaning I expected, and these recurring issues continue to make routine household cleaning more difficult.

For these reasons, I believe the Tefal X10 Clean has failed to provide the value and performance expected for a product in its price range. I am requesting a full return of the product and a complete refund of the amount I paid. I ask that this matter be investigated promptly and that a fair resolution be provided as soon as possible to address the inconvenience and disappointment I have experienced.
