Tefal X-Force Flex 15.60 Pro Weak Suction


I purchased a Tefal X-Force Flex 15.60 Pro vacuum cleaner about one year ago from the Tefal store in İzmir Forum Bornova AVM. Before buying, we explicitly asked in the store whether the device, with its stated 230W suction power, would be strong enough to vacuum our cat’s hair and small grain-like particles. We were clearly told that it would easily handle these. However, during the last two months of active use, we have seen that the vacuum cleaner does not pull the small grain-like particles into the main dust container, although this problem occurs everywhere we use it, on all types of surfaces. In other words, the performance that was promised in the store and that we expected when buying the product is not being delivered in daily use. On 12.04.2026 I wrote my complaint to Tefal customer service, but I have not received any response so far. This makes us feel both ignored and disappointed, considering the trust we placed in the brand when purchasing. If this problem is specific to our device, I request that our product be replaced with a fault-free one. If it is a general product defect affecting this model, I request that the product be classified as defective, recalled, and that our payment be refunded. I kindly ask for my complaint to be examined and for a clear and prompt response.

I submitted a written request to Tefal customer service on 12.04.2026, but I have not received any response yet. The product's performance is far below my expectations, and this has left me disappointed. So far, there has been no progress, and the brand's approach appears as an indifferent neglect that does not suit me.

On 12.04.2026 I personally sent an email to Tefal customer service. On 25.04.2026 I filed a complaint on this platform. Today, 10.05.2026, there is still no one calling or responding. This situation is proof that the company does not stand behind its product. Thus, the fact that the product is defective and that the company engaged in misleading advertising/promotion has been acknowledged by the firm. When Dyson has a fault, they pick up the product from your door, repair/replace it, and return it. Tefal doesn't even answer a complaint. Here is the value that two different brands give to the customer. We were wrong in our choice, there's nothing we can do now, but I will do everything I can so that others don't suffer as well. Tomorrow I will file a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board with the documents I have and I will voice Tefal's indifference on every platform.

I just found the product invoice. I need to correct the price and date. The invoice is attached. I thought it was about 12,000 TL, but it turns out to be 19,000 TL.
