Tefal Actifry Faulty Motor Problem

I bought a Tefal Actifry in October of 2017. It began shutting down on its own about 6 months ago. I kept using it for a while longer, hoping it would resolve itself. But when it became completely unusable, I took it to a reputable repair shop. The technician informed me that the motor was faulty and that no spare parts were available. In other words, it was irreparable. When I inquired about my options, I contacted the company via email, and they assured me they would respond. After a long period of silence, I decided to contact the service center myself. If I bought a new device, they would give me a 20% discount. To me, this seemed illogical. Despite the fact that it was their own fault that they did not have spare parts, they were only willing to provide a meager discount for a new product. I contacted their customer service, but they gave me the same unhelpful responses in a cold tone. Tefal appears to expect us to throw away their products after 5-6 years of use. Before making a purchase, prospective buyers should think about this. It's disappointing that one of the market's leading brands refuses to repair their products.
