Sticky Tefal Cake Mold and Unhelpful Service


I am not happy at all with the cake pan I bought from Tefal. The cakes stick to the mold and break apart when they are taken out. I took the item to an official Tefal service center and told them what was wrong. But they told me I should use solid fat instead of liquid oil and wouldn't take the product back. Later, I tried making a cake with solid fat, but the cake still stuck to the mold. I want to send the product back as soon as possible and get my money back. I have the right to return a product within the legal time frame if I'm not happy with it. The answer from the Tefal service center is not good enough, so I am going to use my consumer rights.
