Tefal's After-sales Business Needs Alteration, Faulty Pot Denied Warranty
My Teflon pot, which I bought from the Tefal brand and had casts in it, was not replaced even though my warranty was still valid, citing "user error". The service representative to whom I took the pot first referred me to another official service, and when I complained, he said sorry and took my pot. He claimed that he sent me photos of my pot. When the company gave me a negative response, I asked for photos of the pots, but they did not send them to me. My pot had problems not due to user error but due to the product. After all, I didn't scrape it with a knife! Upon my complaint, they asked me to take the product from the authorized service and send it to another service. That service would send the product back to them. Can you see how the process does not work? I definitely want my product to be replaced under warranty. I would like to request Blue Teknik company and have a new product shipped to my address.
