I want to highlight that the Tefal Ceramic Renew Pan, advertised and sold as a non-stick pan in commercials, online retail platforms, and stores, does not live up to its claims. I submitted my complaint to the service center as outlined below. However, I'm yet to receive any response from customer service. Additionally, I've filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and await the outcome. Here's the complaint I lodged with customer service: Upon bringing the product to your service center, I was informed that it doesn't possess non-stick properties, only scratch-resistant features. This response was provided to me in writing on a document from the headquarters. When I contacted customer service based on this written response and the service form, I was told that insufficient oil was added to the product or it could stick if not heated adequately. However, the company that sold the product claimed it could be used without oil. Following their instructions, we heated the product fully and added oil before cooking. Yet, currently, even eggs cooked in butter stick to it. Almost all items like potatoes, eggs, and scrambled eggs stick to the pan.
