Tefal 6x 28cm Pan Damaged, No Resolution from Authorized Service


I purchased a Tefal 6x 28cm pan, but it deteriorated significantly despite proper use. When I reached out to customer service, I was directed to an authorized service center, which blamed the damage on user error. This response is unacceptable, as I have always used the pan according to the instructions.
Previously, I received a response through Şikayetvar, where I was told to contact the service center, only to be told they wouldn’t assist me. If no help is being provided, why was I referred there in the first place?
I expect Tefal to stand behind their product and provide a fair resolution for this issue. Please address this matter promptly and offer a viable solution.
