Tefal Easy Fry Grill Overcooks or Unevenly Cooks Food, Requesting Refund

I have been experiencing serious issues with my Tefal Easy Fry Grill. It either excessively dries out food or fails to cook it properly. I’ve noticed this problem across various items. For example, potatoes remain undercooked or cook unevenly, and chicken turns out excessively dry.

This appliance is far from meeting my expectations for quality or performance. Given the consistent issues, I am requesting that Tefal evaluates this product under the warranty and processes a return or refund.

I chose Tefal for its reputation, but this product’s poor performance has been incredibly disappointing. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, as it has significantly impacted my cooking experience.
