On October 20, 2023, I made a purchase of the Tefal RG8577WH 75S Max series robot vacuum from the Vatan Bilgisayar Tekirdağ Çerkezköy branch. This was due to the seller's unwavering commitment to ensuring my complete satisfaction. Sadly, I have a great deal of regret regarding this choice. I am sick and tired of having to reset the map every month and seeing the 'offline' message twice a month. I have been unable to make proper use of the product that I purchased for 14,000 lira for a period of fourteen months. Regarding my complaint, I am looking forward to receiving a prompt response.
