Hello, I mistakenly transferred ₺5,000 to the incorrect account of a TEB Bank customer named M*** E*** about two hours ago. I quickly recognized my error and took prompt action to recover the funds. Regrettably, the individual who received the funds has declined to return them, even after attempts to reach out. I am contacting TEB Bank to seek your assistance in addressing this matter. I understand that errors can occur, but I feel that the bank should take the initiative to support and help its customers when issues arise. This situation has been incredibly stressful for me, and I truly hope that TEB will take the appropriate steps to help recover my funds and avoid any further losses.
