Telegram Account Recovery After Unauthorized Email Change

Today my Telegram account on my mobile phone was taken over by an unauthorized person and I can no longer access it at all. The hacker added their own Gmail address to my Telegram account and their session remains active, while my own device has been logged out. When I try to log in to Telegram using my phone number, the one-time login code is not sent to me via SMS. Instead, the code is only sent inside the Telegram app, which I cannot access because the hacker is currently controlling the account. As a result, I am stuck at the login step and completely locked out of my account. Before this incident I had already set an email address and additional security such as password / two-step verification on my account. Now I cannot use these options effectively because the login codes and reset options are directed inside the compromised app, and I do not have any device that is still logged in to Telegram. Despite my attempts, I have not been able to regain any access to my account. I request urgent recovery of my Telegram account and immediate blocking of the hacker’s access and active sessions. I want the account to be secured again under my control, and if needed, I am ready to verify my identity and phone number through alternative methods such as SMS or email so that I can regain access safely.
