Turkish Airlines Charged $2,088 for Pet Travel Instead of $500

On 06.10.2026, during my trip with Turkish Airlines on flight TK868, I used your pet travel service from Istanbul to Abu Dhabi. Before the flight I was informed that the pet transportation fee would be 500 USD, but at the airport they collected 2,088 USD in cash from me. I consider this a serious overcharge and a clear inconsistency between the price I was given and the amount collected at the airport. I request that the price difference be urgently investigated and that the unfairly collected amount be refunded to me either in Turkish lira or in USD, as soon as possible. I kindly ask Turkish Airlines to review the records for this flight and my pet travel transaction on that date and to inform me in writing about the result and the refund process.
