Subject: Assistance Required: PIN Blocked & Incomplete Transfer by Ziraat Bankası

I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue I encountered during a bank transfer on April 4th, at approximately 15:00. At the final step of the transaction (after clicking "Make the transfer"), my PIN was unexpectedly blocked. As a result, I am currently unable to log in to my account via the mobile app or web browser. Unfortunately, all available PIN recovery options appear to be inaccessible to me due to the following reasons: A) The mobile/web PIN reset process requires Turkish citizenship, which I do not hold (this was confirmed through your telephone support). B) The hotline service is only available for customers who possess an active debit card, which I currently do not have. Additionally, please note that I am currently outside of Turkey on business travel and will remain abroad for at least one month, which limits my ability to visit a branch in person. I would greatly appreciate your support in initiating a KYC (Know Your Customer) process or any other verification method that would allow me to recover access to my account. Additionally, I would be grateful if you could assist in completing the transfer that was interrupted.
