TCL Sold Me a Defective Elite Inverter AC and Still Has Not Repaired It

On July 26, 2025, I purchased a TCL Elite TAC-18CHSD/XA51I A++ 18000 BTU inverter wall-type air conditioner. It was installed on Saturday, August 2, 2025. However, it turned out that the control board was defective. Today is August 6, 2025, and it still hasn’t been repaired. In other words, I bought the air conditioner on July 26, but I still haven’t been able to use it at home. I’m asking you to come today, take back your faulty product, and refund my money.
