Arçelik Took My Air Conditioner for Disassembly and Never Brought It Back
Hello, I called Arçelik 4440888 on June 27, 2025, for disassembly/assembly. The service called back on April 4, 2025, and on July 7, Arçelik service disassembled the air conditioner and did not come for installation. After July 7, I called again on August 8, 2025. However, the Arçelik service technician still failed to contact me. I called service on July 16, 2025, but no one contacted me. I called service on August 25, 2025, but no one called. My air conditioner, which was taken for disassembly, has not been returned in a month. Its current location is unknown. My air conditioner is still under warranty and needs to be returned immediately. Arçelik urgently needs to resolve the issue and bring the air conditioner back.
