TCL Service Disrespect and Incompetence

I want to complain about the TCL Service. They talked to me yesterday in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. They totally didn't fix my problem. I just had my first experience with TCL Service, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed. It's clear that they don't have much experience, and I'm really surprised by how they're handling things in Turkey. Please make sure to inform the manager in charge in Turkey, specifically in Istanbul, about this matter.
