My TCL Phone's Guaranteed Repair Fails
My TCL phone was fixed under warranty because the speaker was broken. The sound would cut out and get muffled. Before trying to fix the speaker, the Istanbul repair service asked for an extra 500 TL to fix the problem with the jack. I paid the fee and have been waiting for more than a month. The warranty ends in June. In the meantime, my only phone was returned broken and without my permission. The repair service now says they don't have the part they need to fix the phone. I want a new phone because the one they have now has caused me a lot of trouble and has been out of service for a long time. I was promised a high-quality product, but TCL's poor service makes me feel like they were lied to, so they have filed a complaint with CIMER and the Consumer Rights department. I am still waiting for TCL to come up with a solution, like giving me money back for the bad service they got.
