Frustrating TCL Authorized Service: Defective Repairs and Poor Customer Service
I recently had a bad experience with a TCL-authorized service provider in Turkey, specifically BLKOM. On January 9, 2023, I returned my TCL 50p615 because of a screen blackout from the bottom right. After more than a month of waiting, on February 15, 2023, I received the product back from warranty, but this time, black dirt remained on the screen. I even posted a video to demonstrate the problem. I had to send the product back to warranty and wait for more than a month. Furthermore, customer service was unhelpful and did not provide any information throughout the entire process. The service has consistently been inadequate, and I hope to shed light on the situation. I would be grateful if anyone could assist me in this matter. Even sending an email to senior managers of relevant units in Turkey would be highly beneficial.
