As a valued Tchibo customer, I recently made a purchase with the order number 648826207. Specifically, I bought the "672754 - Two-Person Raclette Grill" on April 7, 2024.
Exercising my right to withdraw, I decided to return the product without even opening the box. I submitted the package to Yurtiçi Kargo and kept tabs on its journey using the tracking number 310495159556. According to the tracking information, the product was delivered on April 17, 2024.
Although the product was delivered successfully, I haven't received any updates or confirmation about my refund yet. I kindly ask for your assistance in expediting the processing of my refund and ensuring a prompt return of my money.
