At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery date was stated as January 30, yet my order is still shown as “in international transit” and has not been delivered. The lack of any clear and reliable delivery information despite the time that has passed is unacceptable. I make my purchases based on the promised delivery date, but Mango has not fulfilled this commitment. For weeks, I have not been given a clear delivery date or a traceable update on the shipment. There is a serious lack of information and transparency throughout the process, which has caused both loss of time and significant inconvenience as a customer. I contacted Mango customer service multiple times regarding this issue. However, I only received standard, non-specific responses stating that my order is in international transit and that I should continue waiting. No estimated delivery date, no clarity on tracking, and no alternative solution were offered, and my repeated follow-ups did not lead to any resolution. The total amount of ₺699.99 for this order has already been collected via online payment, yet I am still without the product or a concrete delivery plan. I request that my order be delivered to me immediately without further delay, or alternatively that a full refund be processed without any additional waiting. If this issue is not promptly resolved, I state that I will proceed in accordance with my consumer rights through legal channels.
