Tango Failed to Transfer My Payments to My Bank Account
On January 27, 2025, I made a payment of $414 through Tango, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I double-checked my bank account details to ensure there was no error on my end, but everything is correct. Similarly, on February 3, 2025, I carried out another transfer of $25, but this payment has also not reflected in my account. Despite multiple attempts to contact the support team, I have been met with complete silence. I reached out to the Tango support team regarding both transactions, but I have not received any response. This uncertainty has caused me significant inconvenience. I urgently request information and a resolution to this issue.
