I Face Failed $14.79 Withdrawal on Tango Live App via Visa

On October 24, 2025, I requested a $14.79 withdrawal through Visa on the Tango live streaming app. My username is hatunhanım. However, I received an error message saying, “There was a problem with your provider,” and the transaction failed. I was trying to withdraw money I earned from my live streams, and this was my first-ever withdrawal attempt on the platform.

I contacted Tango customer support about the issue, but I haven’t received any response yet. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my earned funds be successfully transferred to my account.
