Tango Recharge Issue: GPay Payment Didn't Deliver Coins

On December 16, 2023, I made a payment through GPay to recharge my Tango account, but the coins never arrived. Despite submitting a notification and waiting, my account balance remains unchanged. This is frustrating, especially since I’ve heard similar complaints from other users about such issues on Tango.
I request that Tango’s support team urgently resolve this problem and credit my coins without further delay. Payments made through GPay should be seamless, but this experience has been disappointing. I expect a swift resolution and better handling of such issues in the future to ensure a positive experience for all users.
