Tango Live Refuses to Respond After Unauthorized Card Charge

On 29 January, an amount of £10.47 was charged to my Mastercard for the purchase of Tango coins on the Tango live stream platform using my card without my permission. A friend of mine used my card to buy these coins, and I did not authorize this transaction. After noticing the charge, I contacted Tango live stream through their support channels, but I have not received any reply or assistance so far. I am very uncomfortable with this situation, as the purchase was not made by me, and I do not use these coins. I kindly request a full refund of the £10.47 that was charged to my card for this unauthorized Tango coins purchase, and that this transaction be cancelled so that I am not held responsible for it.
