Hello, I signed up for Tango Live after seeing an ad on Instagram. At first, I tried out a locked content feature by making a one-time payment to test it. After that, I noticed multiple charges being withdrawn without my knowledge or consent. I immediately contacted my bank and requested a refund for the unauthorized charges, while clearly stating which transactions I had approved.
However, before this dispute was even resolved, Tango suspended my account. This is unfair, as I have the right to challenge suspicious charges through legal and banking channels without being penalized.
I demand that Tango reactivate my account until the bank’s investigation is complete. After that, I don't even intend to use the app again. All I ask is that I be treated fairly and lawfully during this process. I expect my account to remain active until there is a formal decision.
