I Got Charged ₺5000 Without Consent by Tango via Vodafone on Google Play

I recently discovered that the Tango app made unauthorized charges totaling nearly ₺5000 to my account through the mobile payment method on Google Play, without my consent. These transactions occurred via my Vodafone line on multiple dates between April and July, tied to in-app purchases for games like PUBG and football apps. I never approved any of these charges, and I only noticed them after reviewing my billing history.

As soon as I realized what happened, I reached out to both Vodafone customer support and Tango’s help center, but neither provided any clear explanation or solution. I also submitted a refund request through Google Play, but that too was denied without justification.

This situation has caused me serious financial and emotional distress. I am the sole user of my device, and I never enabled or authorized mobile payments for any of these apps. I am demanding a full refund of the unauthorized charges as soon as possible. This is a clear violation of user rights, and I expect immediate action to correct this issue.
