Tango Refuses Refund After Accidental In-App Purchase

On December 25, 2025, at approximately 5:28 PM, I accidentally purchased coins worth $7 USD through the Tango app on my iPhone. After completing the transaction, I realized that this was a mistaken top-up. The payment was made using my İş Bankası card, and the transaction date, time, and amount are clearly visible in my bank records.
As soon as I noticed the mistake, I contacted Tango and also sent an email explaining the erroneous transaction in detail. Despite this, I have not received any positive response regarding a refund so far. The email address linked to my Tango account is p****@gmail.com**, and the last four digits of my card are 5417.
I am requesting that this accidental transaction be canceled and that the $7 USD be refunded as soon as possible to the İş Bankası account from which the payment was made.
