My Tango Account Wasn't Verified

I am using Tango Live on an Android phone and for the past few days my account has remained unverified, which is preventing me from withdrawing my earnings. I currently have a balance of 22 dollars, but the withdrawal option does not even appear in the app. I have already submitted all the required verification documents through the application. Since the day I submitted them, the verification status just keeps loading and does not get approved or rejected, and nothing changes in my account. Because of this, I cannot access the withdrawal feature and cannot receive the money I earned on the platform. I contacted Tango Live support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I am disappointed that my verification and withdrawal problem has not been addressed even though I followed the required steps. I kindly request that my verification process be reviewed and completed as soon as possible so that the withdrawal feature is activated on my account and I can withdraw my 22 dollars without any further delay.
