I Need Manual Verification On Tango Live After ID Rejection

I am writing regarding a verification issue I have been experiencing on Tango Live for over a week, which is preventing me from withdrawing my funds. I submitted a valid national ID for verification, but the app responded that it could not verify my identity. Since then, I have not been able to resubmit my documents or attempt the process again.
Whenever I access the verification section, I am redirected to a page stating, “Sorry, we couldn’t verify your identity,” with no option to upload new documents or retry the verification. While my account remains active and accessible, the withdrawal feature is completely blocked due to this unresolved verification issue.
I have contacted customer support multiple times via email and through in-app messages, but I have not received any response. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially since I have funds in my account that I urgently need to withdraw.
My Tango ID is tango.me/nik**_, and the email associated with my account is ma***@gmail.com. I am clearly requesting a manual review and verification of my account and submitted ID so that I can complete the process and withdraw my funds without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why my valid ID was rejected and why my support requests have gone unanswered.
