Tango Live Charged Me but Didn’t Deliver the Coins I Paid For

I’ve had enough of the issues with Tango Live. I made 47 different purchases, and in one of them I was supposed to receive 100 coins, but I got nothing. Then, just yesterday, I made another purchase for ₺95, expecting 320 coins, and again—nothing was delivered.

So far, I’ve lost a total of ₺140, and no one is doing anything about it. The support bot is useless and doesn’t help resolve the issue. I’m left wondering—what’s the point of offering in-app purchases if the buyer doesn’t receive what they pay for?

Tango, are you really gaining anything by scamming people out of ₺140? This isn’t just frustrating—it’s dishonest. I demand the coins I paid for or a full refund. Fix your system and stop misleading users who are paying in good faith.
