I Got Suspended While Buying Coins on Tango

I’m beyond frustrated with Tango right now. My account was suddenly suspended while I was trying to buy coins—right in the middle of the transaction! I have no idea why this happened. There was nothing inappropriate, suspicious, or against any rules in my account. I received zero warning or explanation. One minute I was loading coins, the next I was locked out. This is unacceptable for a platform that handles users' money. I’ve reached out, but no one has given me a clear answer or even looked into the matter. I expect a full review of my account and for it to be reinstated immediately. I demand that Tango resolve this issue without delay—I’ve already spent ₺, and I deserve access to my account and a proper explanation.
