I Want a Refund for My Tango Purchase That Didn’t Activate

Hello, I recently made a ₺1,429.99 payment on Tango, but after logging in, nothing happened—none of the features I paid for were activated, and no service was delivered. I tried to access the platform as expected, but no transaction was completed, and I’m left without what I paid for.

Since the service didn’t work and I received no value for my payment, I am requesting a full refund of ₺1,429.99. I’m sharing this here in hopes of getting proper support, because no clear help channels are responding through the app itself.

Please review my account and transaction, and assist with the refund process as soon as possible. I trusted this platform enough to pay for premium access, and I should not be left with nothing in return.
