Paid for 4000 Coins on Tango but Didn’t Receive Them

On November 21 at 9:33 PM, I paid ₺689.99 for 4000 coins on Tango. The money was deducted from my account, but the coins never appeared in my Tango wallet.
There is no proper support team to address this issue, and I can’t find anyone to resolve my problem. I expected better service from Tango, and this experience has been extremely frustrating.
If I don’t receive a resolution soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter. Tango needs to take responsibility for ensuring its platform functions properly and provides adequate customer support. I demand the immediate transfer of my purchased coins or a full refund.
