Tango Charged for 370 Coins but Didn’t Deliver After 4 Hours
Today, I paid ₺74 on Tango to purchase 370 coins, but it's been over four hours and the coins still haven't been added to my account. This is completely unacceptable. The money was taken instantly, yet the service I paid for has not been delivered.
To make matters worse, customer support is just a bot, and no real person is available to help. I’ve been left waiting with no explanation, no resolution, and no refund. My money is gone, and I’ve received nothing in return.
I, Murat K*********, am asking Tango to either deliver the 370 coins immediately or refund my ₺74. You are a company offering paid digital services—do your job properly. If you expect users to trust your platform, you must fulfill your promises without delay.
