Today, I paid ₺74 on Tango to purchase 370 coins, but it's been over four hours and the coins still haven't been added to my account. This is completely unacceptable. The money was taken instantly, yet the service I paid for has not been delivered.
To make matters worse, customer support is just a bot, and no real person is available to help. I’ve been left waiting with no explanation, no resolution, and no refund. My money is gone, and I’ve received nothing in return.
