My Tango Coins Not Credited

I purchased 1,950 coins for ₺452.30 from my Ziraat Bank account, but the coins never arrived in my Tango account. The payment was successfully deducted, yet my balance remains unchanged.

I demand either an immediate refund or the coins to be credited to my account without further delay. This is completely unacceptable—I have made numerous purchases before, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue.
