I Withdrew $19 from Tango but Only Received ₺90

I recently made a withdrawal from my Tango account for what was clearly stated to be $19. However, to my surprise and deep frustration, only ₺90 was deposited into my account. This amount is far less than expected and doesn’t reflect the correct exchange rate or withdrawal amount.

I’ve never experienced an issue like this with Tango before, and now I’m completely lost. I’ve tried reaching out for support, but there’s no clear way to contact anyone. I can’t find a phone number or reliable help system to get a response.

This is unacceptable, and I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Please explain why such a huge discrepancy happened and either fix the payout or return the correct amount. I’m truly disappointed and hope Tango support sees this and takes swift action. I'm relying on your help—please don’t leave me without answers.
