I Cannot Cancel Tango Zipo Membership and I Keep Getting Charged ₺800 Monthly

I have been struggling to cancel my Zipo membership on the Tango app. When I check my subscriptions through the Google Play Store, the Zipo membership does not appear at all. Despite this, my mobile bill continues to be charged ₺800 every month. This issue has been ongoing for the past four months, meaning I have already been charged four separate times without any way to stop it.
The most frustrating part is that there is no clear information provided anywhere on how or where to cancel this subscription. I feel trapped in a service I never agreed to continue, with no transparency or proper cancellation option available. This feels misleading and unfair to consumers, especially when the charges keep coming with no way to intervene.
I am demanding the immediate cancellation of my Zipo membership and a full stop to any further billing. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will refuse to make additional payments and take legal action to recover my losses. Tango must take responsibility and provide a proper cancellation process to avoid further harm to its users.
