For nearly one month, I have been trying to withdraw my balance from the Tango app using both my bank card and credit card, but every attempt has been automatically rejected. I currently have $18 in my account, yet no matter how many times I try, the withdrawal process fails. What frustrates me even more is that I do not even receive an error message — the transaction is simply declined each time without explanation.
This is not the first time I have faced withdrawal issues with Tango. I attempted to contact customer support, but my account was not accepted, so I had no way to reach an actual representative. I am requesting that Tango urgently fix this withdrawal issue and transfer my pending $18 balance to my bank account without further delays.
