I Request Refund for Accidental Premium Purchase on Tango App

On August 12, 2025, I accidentally purchased a Premium broadcast on the Tango app through my Android phone, and I was charged ₺50 to my account linked with the phone number ending in 4200. The problem is that I do not even have access to the Premium service I mistakenly bought. Despite the charge being processed, I cannot use or benefit from the service at all.

I have not yet been able to contact Tango customer support or request a refund through Google Play. This situation is very frustrating because the purchase was unintentional, and now I am being forced to pay for a feature I never wanted and cannot even access. I expect this to be resolved without forcing me into a lengthy process.

I kindly request that Tango immediately cancel this accidental purchase and refund the ₺50 charge to my account. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue my legal rights. I urge Tango to handle this quickly and ensure similar billing problems do not occur for other users.
