Tandem App Stuck on Pending for 2 Months – Can’t Access My Account
For the past two months, my Tandem account has been stuck on “pending,” and I’m unable to log in. I’ve tried every possible fix—deleting and reinstalling the app, even downloading it with a different Apple ID—but nothing works. I rely on this app to communicate with friends, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be cut off without any explanation.
I urgently need assistance to resolve this login issue so I can reconnect with my contacts. Tandem support, please address this problem as soon as possible. I’d greatly appreciate a prompt response to help me regain access to my account.
