Unable to Log into Tandem App – Stuck on 1-Week Waiting Screen for Over a Month


I’ve been unable to log into my Tandem account for over a month now. Every time I try, the app tells me to “wait 1 week,” but it never actually lets me in, even after several weeks. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists – I’m still locked out.
This has become extremely frustrating, as I haven’t been able to use the app despite waiting far beyond the 1-week timeframe. I need immediate support to resolve this issue so I can access my account. Tandem, please address this login problem and restore my account access as soon as possible.
