Tandem App Account Inaccessible – Stuck on 7-Day Waiting Message

I have an account on the Tandem language app, but I can’t log in. Every time I try, I get a message saying, “wait 7 days,” yet even after waiting, I’m still unable to access my account. This has been ongoing, and it’s frustrating not being able to use the app as expected.

I’m requesting immediate assistance to resolve this issue so I can regain access to my account. Tandem, please address this access problem, as it’s preventing me from using the service I signed up for.
