I Can’t Log Into Tandem App for Months Despite Waiting Screen and Reinstalls

I’ve been trying to access the Tandem app for months, but every time I open it, I’m met with a screen that says I need to wait one week before getting accepted. That’s fine—except that the week passed long ago, and the app still won’t let me in. It's been months now, and I’m completely locked out.

I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, but that didn’t fix anything. The issue just keeps repeating—same screen, no progress, no update. I know I’m not the only one having this problem because I’ve seen others mention it too, yet there’s no sign of a fix or communication from Tandem’s support team.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you’re going to put users through a waiting period, you should at least honor the timeline or explain why the delay exists. Tandem needs to respond immediately and help me resolve this login issue so I can finally use the app.
